We were recently delighted to read this review of the Ski Mojo on the US website SkiTalk.com.
‘Mogulman’ is a 55-year-old skier who has been skiing his whole life. He lives about twenty minutes from Beaver Creek in Colorado.
“I had back surgery ten years ago, which left me with nerve damage in my left leg.”
“On top of that, I broke my pelvis in 2020 and my ankle in 2022. I kept skiing but was having trouble getting through an entire day…or even an entire run without stopping a few times.”
Tested in Vail
He was intrigued by the Ski Mojo. After seeing an ad on Facebook, he did some research and was sceptical, but decided to do a demo in Vail.
“It was a packed powder day for skiing on groomers. Skiing with the Ski Mojo was a little strange at first. After the first two runs, I wasn’t sure they were for me. Then I did a run on ‘Poppyfields’ – a run where there are certain places I always have to stop…but this time I didn’t need to.”
“We skied a few more runs and I definitely felt I could ski longer and further. My legs weren’t so sore at the end of the day that I needed to lie down as I usually had to, so I ended up buying a pair of the Mojos.”
“It was the most I’d skied all season”
Over the next week, he skied three more times with the Ski Mojo, covering almost 27k vertical feet and skied until 3:15pm with only a few breaks.
“It was the most I’d skied all season until I skied Beaver Creek last week on some packed powder, keeping up with some guys who ski top to bottom without stopping.”
“I also skiing in fresh powder. The Ski Mojos totally transformed my day.”
“I could focus on technique and just enjoy the powder rather than struggling because my legs/back were hurting and just trying to get down. They have really helped my confidence a lot too.”
“They’ve helped a lot”
‘Mogulman’ makes it clear he was a regular paying customer, just sharing his thoughts to help other people understand the Ski Mojo can really work.
“They have helped me a lot. I’m still in a little bit of disbelief.”
